No, stores can reserve the right not to post content, or worldwide, based on, for example, genre or region. However, with the largest platforms – iTunes / Apple Music, Spotify, Deezer, Google Play, etc. – we rarely experience a release. If this unexpected occurrence nevertheless occurs, then unfortunately we cannot change anything about this.
